Just imagine, how long we ran fast and travel by using two wheels. Now this is the age of electric bicycles.

We can ride these bicycles just like a normal cycle, but if you are going at some distant place and got tired just switch the electric power batteries on, then by using these batteries we can travel up to 100 Miles (about 160 Kilometers) without any recharging.

One of the German manufacturers Kalkhoff comes with such three types of “e-bikes” that are fitted 6, 12 & 18 amp-hour batteries. The variety kept in these batteries are due to the need of the customer, if you are traveling to short distance than 8-amp hour battery is enough for the bike.

Now lets read about 18-inch tall portable e-bike that is too small to carry, such a bike is powered by a lithium ion battery, it can travel about 12mph for up to 10 miles without any recharges.

This was the whole story of latest e-bikes coming in our lives.

Travelers while traveling to the distant places for tourism, research, hiking and mountain climbing face one of the major problem of non-availability of the electric power to charge their cell phones or any satellite or GPS receiver.

Therefore a very innovative device had been created in the Micro-manufacturing Institute at Louisiana Tech University in USA which when fitted in the heels of the shoes, it can generate enough power to charge a cell phone or other such a tiny electric appliances.

As a considerable amount of power is generated while walking therefore some part of it can be stored by fitting a tiny piezoelectric material in the shoe that convert mechanical energy in to electrical energy through some kind of special circuits installed.

This material (Lead Zirconate Titanate) generates electricity when pressure is exerted on such crystals during walking; this type of piezoelectricity is now been used in many of applications such as ignition source of cigarette lighters and push start propane barbecues.

Well I think, their will now be no need to get worried about any disconnection from your family & world even if you are in the Sahara desert or in Africa forests, by just spending just a little more cost on your shoes.

Charging Cars without Plugs !!

Now peoples are switching towards electric cars more than others fuel cars due to the lower running cost, increase in performance and environment friendly.

But there is only one thing to be worried that if you had forgotten to charge your car and at the mean while your car stops then no other way on the mid of the road.

For the proactive safety of the drivers, special base units had been installed on the floor of the garage, from that when a car is parked it can be automatically charged with the socket connected without any plugs and no any tension of short circuits.

It works when the coil fitted in base unit of the garage floor generates electromagnetic field that when interacts with the coil fitted in the car converts it’s into electric current.

Time and petrol wastage will be reduced due to the creation of talking traffic lights.

The car manufacturing company Audi has developed a magnificent communication system that enables traffic lights and cars talk with each other electronically.

Such a system allows the driver to view on the display car screen that how much time it will take by the car to reach near to signals when it will turn green to red or red to green.
By using such a method the driver will judge him/herself that to minimize the speed of the car in order to reduce petrol and time wastage.
Another advantage of such system is that it provides the information about traffic jam at the various points of the city and also allows the automatic planning of the route so that the driver can easily judge the cost effective route and reach the destination with minimum time and less usage of fuel.

The drivers of high populated countries with poor traffic rules will be now able to manage easily, if they properly follow such a system.
