Designing new type of classrooms, researchers has found multi-touch, multi-user desks that can boost skills of children in mathematics.
New research done on 400 pupils of age 8 to 10 years showed
that collective and group learning ability increase both fluency and picking
power in maths, using an interactive smart desk is more useful than doing
practice on paper.
While this project the children worked in a new innovative
environment by using multi- touch desks hence able to solve more questions by
consulting friends in combine study and participation that allows children a
new way of learning in class rooms.
This new Star Trek class rooms not only help the pupils but
also teachers in not only math’s but also in other subjects.
A finding published, showed that the students learned on
multi-touch desks proves the 29% more results with fluency and flexibility then
the students used the old traditional paper methods for solving and practicing
questions.
Now what we were watching in movies will be practically
experienced by our children in coming days.
