The fuel band launched by the Nike will sell for $149 in the United States starting on coming February 22, 2012 that will provide information about calories, steps, time and NikeFuel.
NikeFuel is the company’s indicator for the measuring of score that awards equal points for the same activity done regardless of gender or physique.
Usage
The user will set his/her goal depending upon how active they want to be each day, and the band will display in shape of 20 LED lights that go from red to green as soon as the user get closer to that goal.
The band is synchronized with the Nike+ website through USB or Bluetooth to a free iPhone application to record the daily activity and track the progress.
Launching of this bank not only increases the market share but also the share price of the Nike at the start also.
